If you use the “What Do You Think” Platform, we collect:

  • User Content: Confidential business metrics, strategic plans, and personal life details you input for analysis.
  • Third-Party Data: Information you input regarding employees, partners, or others in your network.

C. Technical Data (Website & Software)

  • IP Addresses: We use your IP address to identify you and diagnose server problems.
  • Cookies: Our website places “cookies” on your computer’s hard drive to recognize you. You may block cookies via your browser settings, though this may limit website functionality.
  • Usage Data: We may collect information on the services and products you view to identify patterns and trends.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

A. General Usage

  • Service Provision: We use your data to administer our business, improve services, and contact you regarding administrative matters.
  • Customization: We use viewed product data to customize your experience and suggest relevant offers.

B. AI Training & “Collective Wisdom” (Software Platform Specific)

  • AI Analysis: We use your data to generate AI-driven insights and facilitate sharing with your network.
  • Collective Wisdom (Anonymization): A core function of the Platform is aggregating data to train our AI models. We strip your data of direct identifiers (anonymization) before aggregating it into our “Collective Wisdom” engine.
  • Irreversible Learning: This allows the platform to get smarter without retaining a link to your specific identity in the long-term model memory.
4. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do not rent, sell, or exchange user information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We generally restrict access to qualified BOG employees and agents.

A. Third-Party Service Providers

  • General Vendors: We may transmit information to vendors enabling us to administer our website and business. We make commercially reasonable efforts to disclose when transmitting information to a vendor.
  • AI Processors (Software): We transmit data to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Azure) via API to generate responses. These providers are bound by data processing agreements to protect confidentiality.

B. Your Network (Software)

  • Invited Guests: We share your data strictly with the specific email addresses you invite to the Platform. You are responsible for managing these access rights.

C. Legal & Corporate Transfers

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect BOG’s rights or safety.
  • Business Transfers: Information may be transferred in the case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. DATA RETENTION & THE “UNLEARNING” LIMITATION

A. Account Deletion
Upon your request, we will delete your account and your raw User Content (source files) from our active databases.

B. AI Model Retention (Software Specific)
You acknowledge that anonymized data patterns already integrated into our AI models and Collective Wisdom cannot be isolated, “unlearned,” or deleted. These insights remain part of the Company’s intellectual property permanently.

6. SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Security Measures: We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols. However, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and you provide confidential information at your own risk.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and managing the access rights of people you invite to your dashboard.
7. COMMUNICATIONS & ANTI-SPAM
